HAAND pottery is lead free and meets all FDA criteria for tableware. It is microwave and dishwasher safe, and is used daily in restaurants and homes across the country. The edges of our plates are rounded and polished to improve chip-resistance. When taken care of and stored properly, our ware will last a lifetime. Because of the handmade nature of our production there will be slight variations between pieces; something we celebrate as a reminder of its transition from raw material to finished object.
